The installed extensions currently appear unsorted. I think they should
definitely be sorted in alphabetical order, especially since most people tend to
have several extensions installed.

especially since there's no dev interest at present, minusing the blocking flag.

Pike's patch works fine for me, the extension list is sorted.

dean is not a module peer for Firebird at this time, and really isn't around to
do reviews anyway.  Putting to ben, not sure if we want this or not.

manager before 0.9... resolving FIXED for now

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
