Mailwasher always opens a new instance of Mozilla Mail, no matter what the
preferences are. I'm quite aware of the ;

"When opening messages, display them in:
 ( )A new message window
 {*)An existing message window"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Call Mail Program from Mailwasher.
2.Call Mail Program from Mailwasher, again.
3. Note that there are now TWO+ email windows.

Actual Results:  
Multiple Mozilla Email windows

Expected Results:  
Brought the existing Mozilla Email window to the foreground.
