When I want to save an Image, Right Click (cntl and click) the menu opens I
click on Save Image, choose location, click on save and then the Download
Manager window opens- very annoying.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find a graphic image, depress CONTROL the click with mouse
2.in the pop up window select SAVE IMAGE, then choose the location
3.Click on save and the DOWNLOAD MANAGER window opens

Actual Results:  
The download manager opened

Expected Results:  
I don't need the down load manager to open when saving graphics, they arn't
really downloading.

This bug is no longer present.  Saved images still appear in the download
manager, but saving an image no longer opens the download manager (because the
download manager doesn't open for fast downloads, such as saving from the cache).

I'm not sure this is a dup of bug 143949, because 143949 is filed against Seamonkey.
