On browsing 2 an ssl site , the cert viewer gives me no info even whe i prompt
for details

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.browser 2 an ssl site
2.choose examine cert
3.

Actual Results:  
title of certificate viewer is : certificate viewer:"" ; All the fields in the
cert are blank

Expected Results:  
give me the issuer domain/ip, serial no, sign_algorithm, validity range.....

This bug does not crash or stop browsing i.e only info is not displayed
