I'm installed Korean fonts.
"Charactor Coding" change to "KOREAN (EUC-KR)".
This page displaied Korean fonts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Auto-Detect is Japanese.
2, Go to mentioned site.

Actual Results:  
garble.

Expected Results:  
Korean fonts displaied.

euc-kr is correct not euc_kr.
Mozilla interpret euc-kr as euc-jp almost all of the time when we set that
Auto-Detect is Japanese and coding is not specified.
