On http://w1.233.telia.com/~u23305074/dahl/table-no-doctype.html do you see a
page with a table and the text "Something" - there is no top- or bottom-margin
for the text. Now, on
http://w1.233.telia.com/~u23305074/dahl/table-with-doctype.html is the exact
same page but with doctype added. And on this newer page is there a top- and
bottom-margin.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://w1.233.telia.com/~u23305074/dahl/table-no-doctype.html
2. Go to http://w1.233.telia.com/~u23305074/dahl/table-with-doctype.html
3. Check the differences.

Actual Results:  
On the page with doctype was there a margin, and on the page without there was
no margin.

Expected Results:  
I don't know which one is correct, but I'd like to see Mozilla render the pages
the same (and also correct ;)

URL a) is rendered in the quirks mode and b) in the "Standard compliance" mode

The point Matti quoted is not relevant to this bug.  What is is:
"All of the style rules in quirk.css apply."

In particular, there are style rules in quirk.css to ignore first/last margins
in table cells.

I'd call this wontfix rather than invalid.
