Saw this on Linux build only today. Mac was OK. Build 1999-12-07-08 M12 Waiting to check win. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Launch Seamonkey, go to Tasks-->Composer 2)When composer comes up, click once on the "View" menu, being careful *not* to mouse through the list. Note the item under Character Set Cyrillic is a blank line preceded with > If you mouseover this item, it becomes "Charcacter Set SEAsian/Armenian/Semetic"
