The favicon.ico files aren't saved.  When visiting sites with icons they appear
next to the relevant bookmarks as you'd expect.  But then if I exit the browser
and restart it they've gone until I visit the site again.  Please could it be
made so that they're saved?  This bug has happened with 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.3.1 and
now FireBird 0.6.

Possibly it's because my cache is set to 0 (as I've got squid on the local
network), but the bookmark icons shouldn't be stored in the cache anyway as
they're part of the bookmark.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a bookmarked site with an icon then restart the browser.
2. ???
3. Profit.
