User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Build Identifier: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.4rc3 - installed 1.4 rc3. After using it for several hours and several of the usual freezes&kills later nothing happens when the mozilla button is clicked or the .exe-file is double clicked. - no, reboot didn't help - no, reinstallation of any of the 1.4 versions didn't help either - yes, reinstallation of 1.3b at least makes 1.3b work again Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install one of the 1.4 versions 2. after successful installation and several url requests, mozilla freezes more often than the older versions, in the end doesn't start up any longer 3. reboots and trying to reinstall mozilla doesn't change anything Actual Results: mozilla 1.4 versions do not start any longer on this machine Expected Results: it should start normally (like, bring up the splash, make the hard drive crankle and show up in the end) - yes, I am using one of these famous ATI cards (of type XPert@work) - yes, I did something to fix those strange graphics display bugs while scrolling, namely inserted the following into system.ini: [display] DEVBMP=0
