When viewing a page in the DOM Inspector, should the page (for whatever reason)
ask to reload, it will do - thus clearing the DOM tree and re-setting the DOM
Inspector (as you'd expect with a reload).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Reporter: I'm not sure I clearly understand what you're asking here. By the
summary, it seems you want Inspector to optionally cancel a page's reloading.
By the text of your report, it seems you want Mozilla to recreate the tree (for
which we have a couple bugs already filed).
That was me saying what it does at the moment... it's impossible to debug some
pages because of it - and re-selecting the tree node won't help at all for any
sort of dynamic pages - which is why I want it to *prevent* the page reloading.
