The drop down menus don't work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.assoft.pt/default.asp
2. try the titles Assoft, Luta AntiPirataria, ....
3. see that a menu does not appear

Actual Results:  
Nothing appears "on mouse over"

Expected Results:  
A menu should drop down "on mouse over"

Konqueror works (more or less)

It is Portuguese, not Spanish.

Also, please put the URL in the correct fields and give it a better summary like
"assoft.pt menu doesn't work".

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
