I am an att dsl customer.  I can send/recieve mail with Out/Exp. I have 
carefully followed the att instructions for setting up with mozilla, but I 
cannot send or rec mail.  att says there is an "ssl problem for non worldnet 
networks".  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create mail
2.send mail
3.

Actual Results:  
SMTP outgoing server refused connection

Expected Results:  
sent mail

doesn't sound like a problem in mozilla. sound more like a config problem either
with the setup of the mozilla mailaccount or at the ISP
