After right clicking and choosing "Open in new tab" from an expanded bookmark
folder... that folder will no longer expand in the bookmark list in any tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on bookmarks
2.mouse over a folder
3.right click on a link and choose "Open in new tab"
4.Click on bookmarks
5.Mouse over the same folder.... it won't expand to show links inside.

Actual Results:  
It wouldn't show the links inside the folder... won't expand.

Expected Results:  
It should have expanded and shown the links inside the folder.
