I have checked the server logs and this ain't happening with with 1.3 clients. -- using communigate pro / linux on the server Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
is it redownloading all the headers? What do you mean by "rescanned"? This is working fine for everyone else that I know of.

both the accounts for mozilla 1.4 I used for testing went over 2GB soon after the install of 1.4 - this is what caused the acount rescanned activity. So a mail server issue. Changing status to invalid.
