Compose error with any 1.4x versions.
The last functional version is 1.3 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0;
en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Composing, replying or forwarding a message

Actual Results:  
It appers a mesage window:
"An error occurred while creating a message compose window. Please try again.
OK button"

Expected Results:  
Creating the compose window.

Reporter:
Please uninstall Mozilla, delete the whole Mozilla application folder and
reinstall Mozilla.

Do you installed the spellchecker addon ?

I have the same problem and Ive tried uninstalling /wiping the directory, it
still doesnt work, I ve had this problem with all 1.4x releases, so Im still
running 1.31.

Can you delete the all files in Mozilla-profile\chrome\*.* 
(you will loose all additional installed Themes and language packs)
Mozilla-profile\xul.mfl


BTW: Do you fixed this (I'm a little bit confused from your mail :-) )
