When I click on preferences, my system freezes up and I have to end task to 
free it up.

2.system lockes up

Reporter: what browser are you using?  The User-Agent string does not identify
this as a Mozilla browser and certainly not Firebird.

If you are using Mozilla Firebird, please go to Help -> About Mozilla Firebird
and copy paste the string that looks like this:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030630 Mozilla
Firebird/0.6

Via email, I was advised that version was Phoenix 0.4.  Replied with the link to
current versions and instructions on creating a new profile.  Given no further
response, invalidating bug due to build being over eight months old.
