Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624
The search menu opens underneath an image instead of on top. It therefore cannot
be accessed. This is probably some z-order problem.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to www.novell.com
2. Click on the Search button (right top, second row)
3. At first you don't realize what you are missing until you do the same in MS IE6
Expected Results:
Open an show the complete menu including all items.

I got the same results on URL http://www.novell.com/offices/americas/ when I
click on "Search" with Mozilla 2003070107 (trunk) on Win2k and IE6.
What URL are you redirected to ?

I could select the options in all fields, but I didn´t do a search.
But the image below is flash, and I got a similar bug not always showing up.
I think your bug is a duplicate of
Bug 203011 Macromedia Flash plugin 'peeks through' on-mouse-over popup menu
generated at a different place of the page
Have a look at screenshots there, I could reproduce that bug every time that ad
was shown, but not with other ads.
Ah. That'd explain why I didn't have any problems. Thought that might be it.
I've added the "flash click-to-play" to my userContent.css
http://ted.mielczarek.org/code/mozilla/
(note for people trying it out, he's got a security hole in his default install,
last I checked [installed locally, registered globally, with salted path]
requires manual correction)

Resolving as this appears to be either unreproduceable or a dup, plus the
current layout of the site no longer matches the screenshots trying to
illustrate the problem.
