User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030620
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030620

After having both the browser and mail app open and both in full use for 1-2
hours or more, the application blocks connectivity all the way to the Linksys
BEFSR14 router thus shutting down all Internet connectivity. Machine needs cold
reboot to break hold.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open browser and mail app
2.Use for 1-2 hours or more
3.

Actual Results:
Internet connectivity freezes, no ping activity to router at all; puts router
into diagnostic mode. Firmware in router is latest. After closing all windows,
cannot stop the either the main Mozilla process or quick launch process. All
process attempts after that are also denied stoppage.

Expected Results:
No blocked connectivity?
BTW, I am using Beta 1.5a. Will be doing lastest build after this gets sent.
BMW.
When your system is in such a state, maybe try posting the results of this commend:
netstat -an
Severity: blocker → critical
It may not matter, but I believe you mean a "Linksys BEFSR41"?

FWIW, I have no troubles with same router, diff OS, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Win98; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624
Does the problem only occcur with you Mozilla or can you reproduce it with
another mail/web application?
