21149 - bugzilla sends bogus buglist e-mail

On my locally installed BugZilla system, I get e-mails telling me that I have
several bugs that are over three days old and in the new state. When I check,
there are quite a few open (ASSIGNED) bugs, but none that are NEW.

I believe that this is a bug in the cron job that sends e-mail.

Additionally (this may be a separate bug, but I'm not sure):

The link sent to me in the e-mail is different than the URL entered in this
bug. The link is to
http://www.dev.allcharities.com/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?
bug_status=NEW&assigned_to=[e-mail]

The difference is that the assigned_to in the link is my full (work) e-mail
address: [e-mail]. However, I have my system configured to take
only usernames and simply append our domain (allcharities.com) to the username
to generate an address. However, appending the domain to a buglist query breaks
it.

This bug has not been touched for more than nine months. In most cases, that 
means it has "slipped through the net". Please could the owner take a moment to 
add a comment to the bug with current status, and/or close it.

There is no way we'll be able to track this down two years on. Closing as
INVALID. Reporter, if you really think this bug is still useful, mail me and
I'll reopen it.

clearing milestone for invalid/wontfix/worksforme/duplicate so they'll show up
as untriaged if they get reopened.
