There is no scrollbar available to scroll from the list of message headers to
the actual body of the message.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Display a message.
2. From the menu, select "View->Headers->All"
Actual Results:
Full headers displayed, but they don't fit within the window and no scroll bar
is available.
Expected Results:
Create a scrollbar so that the rest of the headers and the message body are
viewable.
