[Current system (but I've noticed this for quite some time now, the bug occurs
in older Venkman versions as well, at least since 0.9.75):
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030627
with Venkman version 0.9.77.]
When debugging scripts, F10 (Step Over) does not work as intended,
just the <menu id="mainmenu:file"> is highlighted.
F5, F11 and Shift-F11 work as expected.
This is no dupe of bug 148181, because it is independend from setTimeout etc.

Not being able to use F10 is a limitation of Gecko and XUL. Current Venkman does not use F10 for anything; Step Over is F12.
