Random sites are not accessable.  This has happened under NT4 (SP6a) and now under
Win2000 (SP3/SP4).  

Trying to load the URL results in no change of the display.

There is no crash or error indication, nothing happens.

Cache settings: No "Link Prefetching" and "Every time I view the page" is enabled.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Neal, could you give this another shot using a more recent build, and after
completely deleting your old installation of Mozilla (and profile if necessary)?
If it is not a problem, please resolve the bug as WORKSFORME, otherwise let us
know that it's still not working correctly.

Please read the guideline on how to properly file a bug. This one has way to
little information.
Marking this as invalid. If you can reproduce this bug with a new build, then
please start a new one, with more info.
