The print button is completely missing from the MailNews window toolbar
in 1.4.  It was present in 1.2[.1] and 1.3[.1] releases, so it is not 
clear why it was removed.  I searched for existing bugs on this, but
couldn't find any.

Note that it is still possible to print selected messages by selecting 
File->Print...  It's just that there is no print button like there used
to be.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla MailNews
2. Observe that there is no print button in the toolbar
3. Select a message (mail or news doesn't matter)
4. Observe that there is still no print button
5. Select File->Print... (try to print the message)
6. Observe that it is possible to print
[Step 6 assumes that printers are configured, connected ... etc.]

Actual Results:  
Didn't find a print button in the MailNews window.

Expected Results:  
A print button should exist.

The bug was observed on the following installations:
(1) Windows/XP -- Mozilla 1.4 downloaded from http://www.mozilla.org/
    Mozilla 1.3.1 existed earlier on this system, but was uninstalled
    before 1.4 was installed.
(2) Solaris 5.9 -- Mozilla 1.4 built from downloaded source.  Mozilla
    1.3.1 was 'rm -rf'ed before 1.4 was installed.

Considering that this is a regression (feature used to work before,
doesn't anymore), I'm listing this as a "major" bug.  Please downgrade
the severity as appropriate.

Never mind.  I can't reproduce this problem any more myself, and I don't 
even know what I changed.  Closing this bug as INVALID.  Sorry for crying
wolf.
