I've got a link like this:

But when i submit the bug, the show me a "Invalid Version error"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on http://www.mozilla.org/ (by example)
2. Click on Edit this Page (right-bottom of the page)
3. Do some modification and click on "review changes".
4. Click on "File a bug report about getting one" link.
5. Fill a request.
6. Send CVS Account Request.
Actual Results:  
Bugzilla send me a "Invalid Version Error"

Expected Results:  
Submit the bug correctly.

"version=unspecified" needs to be changed to "version=other":
