The very first column in Card list pane doesn't reflect change through View >
Show Name As. Whatever option is set the name of the column doesn't change.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the Address Book select View > Show Name As (and change the setting, i.e.
from First to Last or to Displayed Name)
2. Observe the name of the column in the Card list pane. 
3.

Actual Results:  
The column name doesn't change when Show Name As is switched. 

Expected Results:  
The column name should update and show currently selected option (First Last;
Last, First; or Displayed Name)
