The finished downloads in the downloads sidebar should be listed
most-recent-first. Trying to get to the most recent one shouldn't require scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a lot of stuff (enough to make the 'finished downloads' list have to
scroll significantly.
2. try to get to the most recent download
3. notice that you have to scroll all the way to the bottom
Actual Results:
sorts downloads oldest-first
Expected Results:
sort downloads most-recent-first
