211885 - Mozilla's popup blocker does not block sharebuilder popups

When visiting http://www.sharebuilder.com/, a popup will appear. However, I have
popups set to not be allowed, so this should not be happening. Mozilla should be
blocking the popup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure the popup blocking feature is enabled.
2. Goto http://www.sharebuilder.com/

Actual Results:  
A pop up appears.

Expected Results:  
I expected Mozilla to block the pop-up

Funny.  WFM 2003062708 PC/WinXP

Tried it out on July 4 nightly, and it blocked the popup (icon was displayed in
lower corner of browser).  Tried again in 0628 nightly (after deleting cookies
from the site) and the popup was sucessfully blocked again.  (All of this on WIN98.)

Go to Tools>Popup Manager>Manage Popups and ensure that sharebuilder.com is not
on the list of your Allowed Web Sites.

Stupid me. It was on my allowed list, even though I thought it wasn't. Maybe I
should get off the liquer and check next time.
