I managed to reproduce this in interchange's demo so it could be verified
without me having to give access to the admin area of my ecommerce software.
See steps to reproduce below.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto the URL http://demo.icdevgroup.org/i/demo1/admin/index
2. login with username "demo", password "demo"
3. click on the "Items" tab
4. click on any of the "SKU" links in the left column

Actual Results:
Crash occurs when page starts to render, there's a short burst of HDD activity
and then crash.

Expected Results:
Displayed the page without crashing.
