Steps to Reproduce:
Method #1:

1. Go to http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRA (please realise the capitalisation of this URL).
2. See the link to "Ira" near the bottom of the article? Click it.
3. Back button still grayed out, does not let you go back to IRA.


Method #2:

1. Go to http://www.mozilla.org/
2. In the same window and tab, go to http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRA
2. Click the link to "Ira" near the bottom of the article
3. Click Back.
   - Should take you back to the IRA article
   - Instead takes you back to http://www.mozilla.org/
