When you "Restore" the minimized mailer window, no key strokes is taken in. We
need to do a mouse click somewhere inside and then the key strokes work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Once you are in a Mail-News Window
2. Minimize it.
3. Now "Restore it" or bring it up - either use "Alt-Tab" thing or just click on
the minimized window and the window comes back on the screen.
4. Now, Do not click anywhere in the window - but keep the window in focus and
type any keys - none of the key combinations (Alt+F) works :(
5. If some message that you were seeing is still highlighted, up-arrow/down
arrow keys also do not work


Actual Results:  
No longer possible to just use keyboard. We gotto do a mouse click before i can
proceed with the key combinations.

Expected Results:  
When it is brought in focus, the keys should be working.

Sorry - i forgot to include this info:
Happens only when Two mailer Windows are open.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Once you are in a Mail-News Window(W1)
2. Open Another mail-new window(W2)
3. Minimize W1 and W2.
4. Restore W1 and W2 
3. Now "Restore it" or bring it up - either use "Alt-Tab" thing or just click on
the minimized window and the window comes back on the screen.
4. Now, Do not click anywhere in the window - but keep the window in focus and
type any keys - none of the key combinations (Alt+F) works :(

There is some complicated steps to reproduce. Will investigate and re-open this
bug. Until then, marking it closed.
