I had 1.3. downloaded 1.4 and installed.  It failed with "Error occurred during 
installation - Navigator: 1009". I ran uninstall for 1.3.  ran 1.4 install 
again, same error. I am stuck; no browser/mail.  Bugzilla 210613 was closed due 
to "invalid registry".  But everything except 1.4 is/seems-to-be working




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download 1.4
2. Run install
3.

Actual Results:  
The installation process halts with an error when the installation windows 
shows:

seems like a dupe of bug 210613 to me. But to be honest i don't know why that
bug was closed as invalid or what the solution to your problems is. You might
add comments there to get more info.

PS: reporter, before filling a bug always search bugzilla, and make sure that
your search includes resolved bugs. Using the error message as a search term you
might get some hits.
