Mozzila does not no what to do with it.
Ask to save to disk instead


The site worked properly with microsoft internet explorer

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select "your comments"  from left hand column
2.fill complaint form
3.press send comments button

Actual Results:  
Mozzila does not know what to do with this 
asks to save to disk 

Expected Results:  
sent the coments filled in the form

and said your comments have ben sent

I didn't get a save dialog, I got the message "The requested object does not
exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or
the server has been instructed not to let you have it."

What is it asking you to save?
The site responds with a HTTP response of type
"application/x-www-form-urlencoded" which is not a type we know anything about
as far as rendering (it's the MIME type for chunks of data in "POST" form
submissions...)
