User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 On some recently received SPAM I get the message "Unable to write to mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write priviledges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox." This specific SPAM mail is included in a link. Just upload it to your server and get your mail with Mozilla. Mozilla gets the email, shows it and then produces the above error. After this problem the email remains on the server and MozillaMail becomes useless for that pop account, since it cannot check any further mail. Hitting the "get new messages" button then only results in receiving another copy of this SPAM mail, and seeing the error again. Outlook Express has no problem handling this email, so please do not say that this is a server-side problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Upload the file to your pop server 2.Check the mailbox 3.see the error message Actual Results: Mozilla is unable to check any further mail on that POP account, and renders itself useless. Expected Results: Simply ignore, whatever is wrong with this SPAM mail, and either throw the SPAM mail away or just write it properely to my harddisk. This bug has been reported on Windows 95 before, but it is also relevant on WindowsXP and Windows 98. This problem is increasing, because of the worldwide Spam problem, so please do not close this bug. I am nagged by it almost every day. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166111
