I am just an enduser (Don't throw keyboards please), I upgraded to 1.4, our
server is a bit slow, mail get and send started to give "unable to connect
server" I think this is the famous timeout problem, I downgraded to 1.3.1 with
no luck, also Netscape 4.79 started giving same error.

What to do now? Thanks in advance.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to mail
2.try to get or send mail
3.get unable to connect message on 1.3.1 and 1.4

Actual Results:  
No mail!!

Expected Results:  
Get or send mail
