== http://tbasic.free.fr/bugzilla/caretAboveLayer.htm ==
Caret disappears when the text field is above a layer with scrollbars (this
field is on a separate layer)
When scrollbars are hidden, no problem occurs.
== http://tbasic.free.fr/bugzilla/caretAboveIframe.htm ==
The same problem appears when the text field is above an iframe (scrollbars or
not). In this exemple, only a part of the caret is visible on the first field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a layer with scrollbars (position absolute)
2. make a second layer (position absolute) with a text field. This second
layer has to be on top of the first one.
Actual Results:
Caret does not appears when the text field has focus.

Expected Results:
Display caret (as IE6 does)

Tested on WinXP, Crystal theme, from Mozilla 1.2.1 to nightly 2003-07-09
