A new tab window appears on background, and after a while, a caption of "The operation timed out when attempting to contact www.someplacethatnotexists.com". Centered in the newly created window, with the navigation caption showing the typical "about:empty", I can't focus on this caption with Control-l. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a link that doesn't exist in new tab window in background 2. Wait until the error window on "The operation timed out when attempting to contact www.someplacethatnotexists.com" 3. Click the tab of the empty window, and try to focus the navigation caption with Control-l Actual Results: Control-l doesn't focuses Expected Results: Control-l should focus
