See description and comment 5 of bug 145124. Apperently this code is different
for  Firebird, so I'm filing this seperately.

Trying to save a 404 (http://www.google.com/testing123) results in an error
dialog: "The link could not be saved. The web page might have been removed or
had its name changed."

Generally speaking, bugs which are already NEW don't require reconfirming unless
someone has requested more information or some other circumstances have changed.
