Changing severity to normal. I need you to get me the CVS Contributor form which
is located off the Hacking Link, mozilla.org homepage.  If you want checkin
privs you will have to get a voucher and some SRs to post in the bug. thanks.

Tommy, unless you've got a history of contributing patches to the project,
you're going to have a difficult time getting the three super-reviewers to vouch
for you getting access. Do you have a collection of patches that have made it
into the tree?
