212944 - Bookmarks dissapear when deleting one imported IE favorite

When clicking on bookmarks and then Imported IE favorites and selecting a
favorite and rightclicking it and then deleting it makes the whole list of
favorites dissapear. Restarting firebird makes them appear again but deleting
another favorite makes te list dissapear again.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click Bookmarks
2. click imported IE favorites
3. delete on by rightclicking
4. click Bookmarks - imported IE favorites again

Actual Results:  
the IE favorites list doesn't show up.

Expected Results:  
show the IE favorites list

I'm using the dutch version, not sure if the english version had the same problem

Confirming using Windows ME, July 2 and July 17 "optimized" releases.  It is not
only the IE imports, but any folder.  The bookmark selected for deletion is
properly deleted, but all other bookmarks in the folder disappear from the
pulldowns until I exit and restart Firebird.  

(They do appear, and can be accessed from, the bookmark manager.)

This is a known problem with the folder not collapsing properly after an event
involving context menus.
