User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030516 Mozilla Firebird/0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030516 Mozilla Firebird/0.6 In any webpage containing both text entry forms and drop-down menus, autocomplete causes problems if the drop-down menu is selected when autocomplete dropdown choices are displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.google.com/advanced_search 2. Enter text into any field, so as autocomplete is triggered 3. Without mousing over autocomplete dropdown, change another drop down menu choice for example change "50 results" to "100 results" 4. Switch tab or minimize browser, autocomplete dropdown remains on screen. 5. Another example can be seen with http://it.jobserve.com 6. Enter text into search field, so as autocomplete is triggered 7. Without selecting from autocomplete dropdown, change "job type" from "any" to "permanent". 8. If a new link is now clicked on, the autocomplete choices will remain stuck on screen, even when browser minimised. Expected Results: Autocomplete dropdown choices should disappear when the alternative dropdown menu is selected
