212990 - Remove custom toolbar operation not intuitive

To remove a toolbar, you have to remove all objects from the toolbar and then
click Done.  This is not intuitive.  Perhaps a note should be made on the
toolbar customization screen.

I either think one of the following could work:

- A comment in the nice space to the left of the Done button along the lines of
"Note: empty toolbars will be removed when you click 'Done'" (not so intrusive
as the other ideas)

- Maybe even add a "Delete toolbar" to the context menu? (I think we'd need to
fix the /slight/ problem where by a good half of the stuff on the toolbars
doesn't *have* said context menu first, though)

This is similar to boog 266735 which also talks about the issue of 'renaming' a
custom toolbar.

We really gotta fix this sooner or later. I always replace the flexible space to the right of the menu bar with the "bookmarks toolbar items" item to save screen real-estate, and the standard deletion mechanism (hit Done with an empty toolbar) doesn't work with the "Bookmarks Toolbar". I'll take a look at the code and see if I can add a "delete toolbar" button, but I don't do a lot of work with the default chrome, and I don't have a development environment set up to produce a patch with.

Athira, I don't think this bug is fleshed out enough yet to be picket up by someone to work on it.

It sounds like this bug was about custom toolbars but since there is no longer UI for them in Firefox I'm moving this to Toolkit where I believe the UI still exists.
