Unlike individual users, they come in large groups. I proposed this on my roadmap for EvangelMoz (http://evangelmoz.mozdev.org). For now, it can be limited to advantages (security, speed, tabbed browsing, cross platform)... But perhaps in the future if/when a customization kit becomes available (I sincerely hope it does), we can document how an organization can easily customize Mozilla products to meet their exact needs (intranet in the sidebar, throbber to the homepage, etc.) There's lots to do. I would like to create some webpages with EvangelMoz relating to adoption of Mozilla products in such environments. FAQ, Why, How, etc. Promotional material, literature etc. Technical, and non-technical. Designed for those who work in the tech industry, but aren't necessarally savvy with XUL per say.
