213088 - Printing and print preview gets cut off at first page

Doing a search on this website and printing/print previewing the results will
cut off a multi-page document at the end of the first page.  With print preview,
you can see the text run past the bottom margin.  You can scale down the text
and get a little more on a page, but it still gets cut off.  I've tried
different variations of scaling and shrink to fit with no luck.

Some background info: This site was developed with Internet Explorer in mind. 
Netscape 4.7x doesn't even display some of the pages on this site.  Mozilla
displays most things properly, but is not able to print the search results.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "http://www.co.lancaster.pa.us/scripts/bannerweb.dll"
2. Click on the "Direct Docket Display" link.  
3. For the "Case ID", enter "CI-99-04091" without the quotes.
4. Printing and print preview will cut off a multi-page document at the end of
the first page.  With print preview, you can see the text run past the bottom
margin.  You can scale down the text and get a little more on a page, but it
still gets cut off.  I've tried different variations of scaling and shrink to
fit with no luck.

Actual Results:  
Printing/print previewing of multi-page results gets cut off after first page.

Expected Results:  
Print multiple pages.

This also happens for Mozilla 1.21, 1.30, and 1.31.

I see this too on LInux 2003072022
If I delete the positon:absolute with DOM inspector it will have multiple pages
in print preview.  This look like bug 122750
