For the sake of sanity, the new front page should link to the Bugzilla Helper in the "For Testers" section of the site. Currently, the link for "Report a bug" links to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi when it should link to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided (The Bugzilla Helper) Its hard enough dealing with the thousands of un-informative bugs we already have. We do not want to encourage everyone coming to our front page to submit more.

Bugzilla is hacked to force anyone without canconfirm privs into the Bugzilla Helper anyway. It's impossible to access the standard form unless you have privs.
