When you attempt to add a popup site that you wish to add to allow. Click on add
button and site does not show in popup windows

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose Tools, then Options
2. Choose Web Features
3. Choose Add Site, enter site you wish to allow, then click ok

Actual Results:  
Site does not display in popup blocker window

Expected Results:  
shown site in popup blocker window

Same thing here.  It looks like it is working, just the list of sites are not
being listed.  The information is being saved in the cookperm.txt file, but just
not showing up on the pop-up list under the "Web Features" window.  So when you
want to delete a site from the list, you actually have to goto the cookperm.txt
file and delete it from there.  Looks to be the same as bug 212523...

Should this be marked as duplicate of bug 212523, or should it be set to WORKSFORME?
