On a slow dialup connection (56k) get 2 tabs going. In one tab, go to google.com.
In the 2nd tab, go to login.yahoo.com.

While the 2nd tab is loading, switch back to the first tab and start typing
something into the google search.

A portion of the text you type will end up going not into google's text box, but
into the yahoo login text box.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open 2 tabs in a browser on a system with a slow (56k dialup) connection
2.in first tab, browse to google.com
3.in 2nd tab, browse to yahoo.com, and before it completes loading, switch
   back to the google tab
4. Start typing in some random text for a google search while the yahoo page is
loading in the other tab
5. The text input focus will switch to the unseen yahoo tab when the yahoo page
finishes loading.

Actual Results:
The text input focus switches to the unseen yahoo text box.in the hidden tab.

Expected Results:
Continue accepting text in the google text box in the active tab.
