213184 - MozillaFirebird.exe -p does not offer 'create profile' button as instructed by Release Notes

The Release notes state that to avoid further bugs that I should create a new
profile. However, when I issue the command MozillaFirebird.exe -p as instructed,
there is no 'Create Profile' button available.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. At an MS-DOS prompt, cd to the MozillaFirebird installation directory.
2. Run MozillaFirebird.exe -p

Actual Results:  
Opened Mozilla Firebird normally.

Expected Results:  
Popped up a 'Create Profile' dialog.

Thomas, this was broken for a short time, and will be fixed in the next Firebird
build released (the changes at mozilla.org have changed the FB build setup)
