User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030719

This problem is related to hebrew, possibly even two of the problems are caused
by it so I suggest you use someone who knows hebrew just a bit.
First, it is easy to see that for some reason the title of the page is all
scrambled and wrong instead of plain hebrew.
Second, and this is a problem relating to too many web sites, all of which (that
I noticed) are hebrew web sites - no matter what are the details you enter in
the form, the button just won't do anything. And thereare other web pages like
that and also there are web pages where the button is some sort of image and
Mozilla doesn't recognize that as a button

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill in the form (or don't, I don't think it will change anything)
2. Press the button
3. For the first problem - look at the title

Expected Results:
The title should be in hebrew and the button (in this web page and in others)
should move the browser forward
First, I have no problem with button on this page with Moz 1.4.

The title thing was caused by designer — there is no encoding define for
main frame, so <title>some hebrew text</title> displayed in such manner (btw, IE
6.0 doing same thing.

I propose Tech Evang?
Well, I DO exprience a problem in this page with the latest build of Mozilla I
own, and I know another friend of mine who has 1.4 who also expriences this
problem (we wanted to take our final exams results and ended up not being able
to, except with IE). Also, there are other web sites where we both don't seem to
be able to press the buttons.
Tested with mozilla firebird on osx:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030711
Mozilla Firebird/0.6

when clicking submit the JavaScript console gave the error:
Error: top.login.frm has no properties
Source File: http://199.203.207.174/bagrut_dynamic/links.asp
Line: 137

not sure if this is a case of mozilla problem or something in the code which is
ie only.

Can anyone confirm the matter?
re: title bar- as noted by the other commenter, there is no encoding defined for
the top frame.

changing the encoding for that frame and/or setting mozilla's default to Hebrew
will fix that problem.

To tech evangelism per previous comments. To test, you will need to enter an ID
number with valid check digit into the first input field from the top. 123456782
works :-)

URL should be http://meyda.education.gov.il/bagrut_dynamic/main.asp?redir=Tziun, but still 4O4. I'll look into it and will try to locate more reliable URL in case it still exist.
