21325 - Bloaty: Wild stats show up sometimes

Wild bloaty stats show up at random times,
some bad math going on somewhere?  We should
either track the problem down, or filter bad numbers
(way-too-big ones) out of the pool so we don't spoil
the rest of the data.

slamm suggested server-side filtering, my first
inclination is to not-report bad data on the client side.

Let's see if we can figure out what's causing the numbers. I've seen a couple
of negative numbers show up in the unprocessed bloat/leak output from mozilla.
This usually indicates bad use of the refcounting macros. Maybe that's ending
up a wild numbers on tinderbox.
