I think that mozilla.org should be valid in Web standards and now it is XHTML

remember to set char encoding when you validate. moz-org doesn't send the proper
charset info

Verified, but there is no reason to send the charset info -- the charset
defaults to ISO-8859-1 if the site says nothing else, and that's the encoding
mozilla.org is in.
